Refund/Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via mail or fax to the NAIFA-Wisconsin state office. Requests made by phone or email will not be accepted. Cut-off dates for cancellation requests will be posted with the individual event. In general, no refunds will be given for cancellations received within a week of the event, and a processing fee may be charged for any refunds given. Check individual event cancellation policies for details.

Substitutions/Transfers

The substitute must qualify for the same rates as the original registration (for example a non-member cannot be a substitute for a member). Substitution requests will be accepted via FAX ONLY: 703-621-3795.
